Airman for Life
Whether a Total Force Airman, civilian, cadet, or family member, we all believe in a dominant Air Force.
Incorporated on February 4, 1946 in Washington, D.C., the AFA was created and continues our mission now 75 years later - which is to EDUCATE, ADVOCATE and SUPPORT Airmen, Guardians, and the families of the Total Air Force and Space Force, including Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, civilians, families, and members of the Civil Air Patrol.
There is a place for you in the Air & Space Forces Association! Whether a Total Force Airman, civilian, cadet, family member or community partner, we all believe in a dominant Air Force. We are a volunteer-led organization with a network of more than 200 chapters in support of STEM Education and the future workforce, advocacy and the Total Force family, including Wounded Airmen. Join us and be an #AirmanforLife.
STEM & Continuing Education
The Air & Space Forces Association Gerrity Chapter takes great pride in supporting and promoting STEM Education initiatives like CyberPatriot, StellarXplorers and STARBASE Oklahoma.
Through partnerships with Oklahoma CareerTech, the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, the Oklahoma SpacePort and others, we are building a state-wide network designed to inspire and develop the future Oklahoma STEM workforce.
We also support national scholarship programs and other educational opportunities for our active duty airmen, spouses and family members. Scholarship and grant applications are now being accepted through April 30, 2021.
